WHOLESALE GUIDELINES

OVERVIEW

  • By signing up for wholesale, each wholesaler agrees to these guidelines and must abide by them.
  • The wholesale discount is 50% off of retail with the exception of sale items which is over a 50% discount off of original retail prices (you get 50% off of the sale price).
  • First + reorder minimum is $150
  • Must meet unit minimums of 3 per style

INTEGRITY + COPYRIGHT + TRADEMARK

  • Paloma Blanca products hold the Paloma Blanca trademark which may not be infringed upon.
  • All photos are property of Paloma Blanca and wholesalers are permitted to use photos for selling of Paloma Blanca product only.
  • All Paloma Blanca photos of Paloma Blanca products must remain unaltered.  You may not alter, photoshop, or update / reuse in any photos in any way.
  • When reselling our products, Paloma Blanca products may not be altered in any way – adding or removing design details, removing / adding stickers (other than a UPC sticker), and the like.  They cannot be rebranded.
  • Any photos used of Paloma Blanca product taken from social media must credit the original creator of the content.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is due when your order is placed via credit card through our website.  Please do not use paypal for payment.  Larger orders / orders over $1,000 may need paid through ACH or wire transfer – please contact us: hello@palomablamca.co
  • All wholesale orders are exempt from additional coupons (unless we have a free shipping promo for wholesale customers). 
  • If an affiliate link is used to purchase a wholesale order, the buyer must pay the commission.  All orders need to go through palomablanca.co directly. 

SHIPPING & PACKAGING

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email from us with your tracking number.
  • Orders are shipped in the least amount of boxes possible and include your invoice.
  • Orders placed during the holiday season may take 1-3 business days to ship.  If you have a large order or are ordering items that are on pre-order or a special order, this time may be longer.  You will receive an email once your items have shipped.  If you need your items sooner during the holiday time, please email us at: hello@palomablanca.co and we can get your order out the next day in most cases.
  • If your order contains items that are on a pre-order status as well as items that are in the shop, please note that we will ship your items in two shipments.  All items are ready to ship out once they all arrive to our shipping department.

RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

  • Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.
  • We package our items very well, however, if an item should arrive damaged please notify us within 3 business days so we can replace it for you.  Please provide a photo as well as your invoice number.
  • If you must cancel an order it must be done before an item is shipped out.  Once the items are shipped they can no longer be canceled.  Refunds are processed as store credit only.
