Where do you ship your products?
We ship to all 50 states in the US. We are working on international shipping!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard Ground orders placed before 12pm EST are processed by the following business day;
orders placed after 12pm EST or on holidays are processed within 2 business days. Express orders placed before 2pm EST Monday- Friday will be processed same day.
Your package will arrive within 3-5 business days of processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Note: This information applies to all orders within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
If you would like to order from an international location outside of the United States, please send an email to hello@palomablanca.co and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us with your order number at hello@palomablanca.co
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues,
please email hello@palomablanca.co and we’ll help resolve your issue!
